In our associated Assembly Division, we offer the manufacture of various Assemblies / Harnesses for the Motor and Electrical Industries. We provide an in-house tool making facility to design and manufacture Assembly jigs to suit your Assembly requirements. Whether you have existing tooling or you require tooling to be designed and manufactured, we can help you to produce Quality Assemblies using various raw materials and products.

Our Staff will absorb your product’s Assembly specifications and in return give you the right information you need to enable you to make the right decision about your Assembly product feasibility, tooling, material selection, finish and packaging.

We strip and cut various types of sheathed cables, which in turn we crimp and connect to various types of Metal Pressings and Injection Mouldings, we are confident in helping you to choose the type of raw materials for your product. We will take in your requirements whether you need durability, corrosion resistance, ease of installation and fabrication we can give you quality advice to suit your Assembly needs.

At AJKM our Assemblies range from a single core cable crimped at one end by a metal contact, to multi-connected assemblies / harnesses with unlimited numbers of metal pressings, plastic mouldings and various lengths of cables.

We can also pack your product in your dedicated packaging for you before delivery takes place.
