AJKM’s in house Tooling Department offers expertise in Tool designs and manufacture from product concept to final manufactured part. Whether it’s an Injection Moulding, Metal Pressing or Assembling together of wires, Pressings and Mouldings, we provide a Technical team that will project lead from design concept to production with Optimum efficiency and Quality.

All new Tool construction is manufactured by specialist toolmakers. We take pride in liaison with our Customers and constant scheduled project meetings means our Technical team can monitor every stage of the Tool’s development to ensure correctness against the Customer specifications.

Once the tool is completed our team will deliver to our Moulding facility to run stringent trials to assess the Tool for any defects and to monitor it’s manufacturing capabilities to ensure it will perform maximum production efficiency.

Our Technical team is keeping pace with the changes and advances in technology by attending regular seminars and exhibitions and studying world resource publications as our aim is to ensure that we stay in the forefront of all new tooling developments.
