Parkhead Community Primary School, Newcastle
Parkhead Community Primary required a school meal service that provides a healthy, balanced meal for each child daily. They understand that as a school they have a responsibility to promote and encourage healthy eating and so required a catering service that will develop this ethos further.
A specific requirement was the inclusion of an online prepay and pre-order meal management system. Part of our Lunch Shop brand is an innovative, web-based school meal management system. We have introduced this at the school, and provided additional support by giving demonstrations to staff and parents on how to use it.
Our longstanding contract with the School was renewed in April 2022 and we look forward to many more successful and collaborative years ahead.
