Cleaning backed by science

We are accredited to deliver and assess cleaning practices to the standards set by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BISCs), as well as the United Kingdom Cleaning Professionals Academic Service (UKCPAS).

All of our quotations are made by calculating a compound productivity rate that is realistically deliverable for your site, and all Orian staff are trained to BISC standards.

Keeping it local

Orian are committed to employing locally for any cleaning contract that we hold, from management to operative level. All cleaning supplies are sourced within a 40 mile radius from our principal partner, Bunzl.

We find that keeping local delivers the best results for our clients, from reducing carbon emissions via reduced delivery mileage, all the way to supporting your local economy.

  • Orian deliver training to the standards of the British Institute of Cleaning Science. This is applicable for all operational staff, and ensures that all staff can deliver equally high quality. Detailed training plans are developed during mobilisation of the contract, whether that be a TUPE transfer, or a contract we recruit for.

  • All operatives, supervisors, management, and anyone who would enter a client’s premises are subject to a DBS check prior to employment, and an enhanced DBS check is carried out for any staff entering a School, Health Centre, or any site where staff may come into contact with children or vulnerable adults.
